Muley is an AI teammate for small businesses. It does the administrative and back-office work — bookkeeping, supplier emails, invoices, scheduling, your website and listings, and marketing — and it drafts your customer messages for you to review and send.

Muley is built for owner-operated small businesses: solo operators and small teams who do the work themselves and handle the admin at night. It is not built for large multi-location chains or businesses with a dedicated back-office staff.

Muley draws a hard line at the conversation. It handles the load — suppliers, books, listings, invoice and deposit nudges — and it drafts your follow-ups, but the human back-and-forth with your customer stays yours to send. The single exception is the review-request text after a completed job, which you switch on yourself. Most AI business tools focus on building you a website or a chatbot; Muley works the back office.

Yes. You can ask Muley questions like how revenue compares to last week, and it answers from your own data rather than a generic estimate.

Yes. You give Muley the details of a job or inquiry, and Muley drafts a priced order or quote for you to review, adjust, and send yourself.

Muley sends the review request by text message after a completed job, because texts get opened far more often than review emails. This is the one message Muley sends without you approving it individually — you switch the automation on and set it up first, and you choose which jobs trigger it.

No. Muley keeps your books tidy through the year, categorizes expenses, tracks mileage, and assembles a profit-and-loss statement and receipts bundle. Your accountant still files your taxes — they just get a clean bundle instead of a shoebox.

The Muley Balance is one monthly dollar balance covering everything Muley does for you, including drafting and sending marketing email. Free includes $2, Owner $15, and Business $40. Work draws from your balance as you go, and paid plans roll the unused part over.

Yes. The Free plan is $0 per month and unlocks the whole app. It includes a $2 monthly Muley Balance, a free you.muley.ai address carrying a Muley footer, and a 1% fee on online payments. Paid plans add a larger balance, your own custom domain, and no payment fee.

Shared access for a team is coming soon for teams and is not available today. Muley currently assumes one owner-operator account.
